Here & Now Exhibition (London 2013)

The photos are paintings and artworks from the forthcoming Here & Now exhibition which will be in London, UK, this spring.

They mostly focus on texture, color and emotion and are non-representative. I’m an abstract expressionist artist although I do occasionally have little forays into the worlds of symbolism and fauvism - which is evident in some of the previously posted paintings.

Here are a couple of other sites with my paintings on, if you are interested…

Richard Burton drinking with his father, Richard Walter Jenkins, and brother in the Miners Arms, Pont-rhyd-y-fen, Wales, 1953

Have family reunions. There is something magic about the common sense of a blood bond. It’s not less magic for black, white, brown or polka dot. The reunion gives a sense that the family cares about itself and is proud of itself. And there is the assumption that you, the family member, are obligated to reflect this pride and, if possible, add to it.

Richard drinking with his father and brother, Ifor, in 1953. One of the few surviving photos of this era in his life.Funny what you find while stumbling around online looking for something else altogether! I haven’t seen this photos for years and now you’ve started me off on a trip down memory lane. I’ll be going up into the attic later to see what other goodies I can find!Nice post Berfois, thanks.
